Nepal is the birthplace of the Lord Buddha. However, it used to be a Hindu Nation before the restoration of 2nd democracy, 2005. There are a huge number of Buddhist people majority in Nepal according to the then government census, 2001. Now, Nepal became a pilgrimage destination for Buddhist followers from throughout the world. There are a number of monasteries, schools where Buddhism philosophy is taught. We mobilize volunteers in Teaching in the monasteries program in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Lamjung .
