Nepal is the birthplace of the Lord Buddha. However, it used to be a Hindu Nation before restoration of 2nd democracy, 2005. There are a huge number of Buddhist people majority in Nepal according to the then government census, 2001. Now, Nepal became a pilgrimage destination for Buddhist follower from throughout the world. There are number of monasteries, schools where Buddhism philosophy is taught. We mobilize volunteers in Teaching in monasteries program in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Lamjung .
